Shipping & Assembly Information
Because customs policies and logistics channels vary by country, all complete bike orders are shipped using Single-Box Shipping:
-
The bike arrives 90% pre-assembled.
-
You’ll only need to attach the handlebar, seatpost & saddle, front wheel, and pedals.
-
Assembly is straightforward, and we include the necessary tools and instructions.
If you prefer professional assistance, we recommend having the bike assembled by your local bike shop or a qualified mechanic to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Delivery Timeline
Please note that due to the special nature of a complete bike, the shipping timeline for frames or wheelsets does NOT apply to complete bike orders.
Once we receive your order, we need to either assemble the bike ourselves or arrange for all components to be delivered to our partnered assembly facility. For this reason, the estimated delivery time is around 25 to 35 days.
US, Europe, and China warehouses for optimal shipping based on your order and address. Local warehouse shipping offers faster delivery compared to the listed options above.
For COMPLETE BIKES, final assembly and last-mile delivery will be handled by our partners located within the EU and US. Consequently, the lead time will be longer than for orders of individual parts.
COMPLETE BIKES require oversized shipping and are therefore NOT covered by our free shipping policy at this time. An additional $100 shipping fee applies to all destinations outside of Asia. Thank you for your understanding.
Black Friday Order Update: US Warehouse Ships Immediately, EU Warehouse Requires 30–45 Days
Special Offer: Shipping from both warehouses is only $50—50% lower than usual.
*Please note that due to the surge in orders, our frames, cockpits, and groupsets are in very limited supply, and the number of complete bikes
bikes require assembly time, combined with the increased order volume, the delivery timeline willbe longer than usual.

1. Do you offer complete bikes with SRAM groupsets?
At the moment, we do not offer complete bikes with SRAM groupsets because we currently have no SRAM groupsets in stock.
2. Do I need to pay import duties?
Complete bikes shipped to the EU or the United States are fully duty-free. Regardless of the warehouse you select, your order will be delivered by our local logistics partners without requiring you to pay any customs charges.
For countries outside the EU and the US, there is a small chance that customs may charge a minor duty. The amount varies depending on the local customs policies.
If you are purchasing components such as wheelsets or framesets, there is also a small chance of customs charges unless the order is shipped from our EU or US warehouse. These fees typically range from a few dozen dollars up to around $200, depending on the destination country’s customs regulations.
3. Can I choose the cassette or chainring specifications for complete bikes?
No. We currently do not support customization of cassette or chainring options. At this time, only crank length and handlebar size are available for selection.
4. Why are customization options limited (or unavailable) for complete bikes from the EU or US warehouse?
Most complete bikes in our EU and US warehouses are pre-assembled units. As a result, customization is either not available or limited to only a few options.
5. Why can’t I select France as a shipping destination?
The French market is exclusively managed by our official distributor in France. Customers in France should place their orders through winspace.fr.
