One thing that could be improved Is the communicaton about the status of the order, something to follow the various steps! For example I received the tracking link the day before the delivery after 2 months of no proactive info. If you can somehow improved this, you Will also have much less stress on tour customer care!

Everything I was hoping for! Mounted on my 52cm 2025 Specialized Crux 10r with 50mm Pirelli Cinturato M's. Tires measure 52mm on the rim, and ZERO toe overlap!

I ordered the bike back at the end of march and have been (im)patiently waiting for the bike. got it with Ultegra Di2 and 50/50 in "Opal" and i cannot expres how cool this bike is looking.
I was alway promptly answered when i reached out to Winspace, though I would have appreciated to get a little more updates but that is still okay considering the coolness of the bike that was delivered.
10/10 would order again (don't tell my wife)

Great wheels. Excellent aerodynamics. If spokes get broken, is difficult to find shops with carbon spoke tension-meters when replacing spokes. Denver should have a shop. (7 hours from my location).

So happy to get carbon spokes for 2020 wheel. Difficult finding someone with tension-meter for carbon apokes. Hopefully there is a shop in Denver.
