The quality is fantastic. Mirage color is stunning. It’s my second frame set from Winspace. Last was g2 gravel. The company has made a huge progress. Size xs slc 5 is one of the shortest frames on the market. It’s such a pity that the seatpost has setback (it says zero offset in the geometry chart).

The order process was good and reliable, the available options were very comprehensive . I had a couple of queries which were answered efficiently and quickly. The delivery process was fully transparent and traceable. The frame arrived in perfect condition and well packaged.

I appreciated the hub being available at a reasonable price. I wasn’t too happy about the shipping though. I like the Winspace products.

Impeccable paint finish, brake mounts and BB threading and face were perfect. Overall could not be happier with the frame and packaging. Took less than one month to get it in the US, ordered directly from the website.
