Customers are responsible for importing taxes and fees by relevant customs.
2) SHIPPING STATEMENT:
- A) When goods arrive, before signing the shipping bills, please open the cartons to check carefully if there is anything broken or missing, if yes, please refuse to sign the bill, take photos and feedback to us, so that we could claim forwarders for compensation.
- B) If customers sign the shipping bills, that means customers confirm the shipping is done without any problems, we can not take charge of shipping problems

3) ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Before shippment, order cancellation is free of charge.You only need to contact us and we will refund 100%. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on custom orders (custom paint, decals, etc.) Contact us for more information.
- After shippments, customers could cancel the order within 10 days of arrival of the goods,shipping fees (sending and return) and 10% handling fees will be charged to the customer.
4) QUALITY/QUANTITY DISCEPANCY:
In the case of quality/quantity discrepancy, any claim should be filed by the Buyer within 10 days after the arrival of the goods at buyer’s destination.
5) DISPUTE AND ARBITRATION:
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall then be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
