Customers are responsible for importing tax by Custom.
A),when goods arrive,before sign the shipping bills,please open the cartons to check carefully if there is anyting broken or missing,if yes,please refuse to sign the bill,take photos and feedback to us, so that we could claim forwarders for compensation.
B),if customers sign the shipping bills,that means customers confirm the shipping is done without any problem,we will not take charge of shipping problem afterwaords.

In case of quality/quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 10 days after the arrival of the goods at buyer’s destination.
4)DISPUTE AND ARBITRATION:
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled
through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall
then be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration
Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time
of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
